AS-04 - MCM Sr. IA Written Exam

The following criteria will be assessed:
K1 – Knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures.
K2 – Knowledge of applicable legislation, policies, procedures and case law surrounding file management and disclosure.
K3 – Knowledge of retrieving data from a relational database using Crystal Reports and SQL.
A1 - Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

1. Indicate all of your answers in the space provided. You will have 60 MINUTES to complete this examination. It is your responsibility to manage your time. The test administrator is not able to clarify information or answer any questions. If assumptions need to be made, make reference in your answer.

2. This material is part of a selection process and is considered to be confidential. You are not to discuss any part of the examination with anyone. To do so could jeopardize your candidacy in this selection process.

3. If you decide to withdraw, either at the outset or during the exam, indicate clearly via email (Att. Shandel Smith @ RCMP.KGPSHRInfo-KGRHFPInfo.GRC@rcmp-grc.gc.ca) that you do not wish to have your test scored and that you voluntarily withdraw from this selection process. Should you decide to do so; no further consideration can be given to your application.

4. This exam forms part of the overall selection process that you have been screened into. Candidates who obtain the required pass mark will be invited to participate in the next phase of the selection process.
