You will have 150 minutes to complete this examination. It is your responsibility to manage your time. You will only be able to login to the exam once. Once you login, you must complete the exam within the 150 minutes time limit. You will not be able to stop the exam or log back in.

This material is part of a selection process and is considered to be confidential. You are not to discuss any part of the examination with anyone. To do so could jeopardize your candidacy in this selection process.

If you experience physical or psychological indisposition of sufficient severity to interfere with your test performance, it is your responsibility to inform the test administrator that you cannot undertake the test. If you choose to undertake or continue the test despite your indisposition you must accept the test results.

There are five (5) questions in this exam. The following criteria will be assessed:

•Ability to use Office Technology, Software and Applications
•Problem Solving
•Meeting Client Needs

Remember to use concrete examples when appropriate using the STAR technique, describing:
• The Situation;
• The Tasks you were required to achieve;
• The Actions you took; and
• The Results of your actions.

The test administrator is not able to clarify information or answer any questions.
If assumptions need to be made, make reference in your answer.
