1. This material is part of a selection process and is considered to be confidential. You are not to discuss any part of the examination with anyone until after the official results are made public. To do so would jeopardize your candidacy in this selection process.

2. If you decide to withdraw; either at the outset or during the exam, indicate clearly (by signing the declaration below) that you do not wish to have your test scored and that you voluntarily withdraw from this selection process. Should you decide to do so, no further consideration can be given to your application.

3. If you experience physical or psychological indisposition of sufficient severity to interfere with your test performance, it is your responsibility to inform me that you cannot undertake the test. If you choose to undertake or continue the test despite your indisposition you must accept the test results.
