This online exam is designed to assess the following essential qualifications:

This assessment contains nine (9) items. The first three (3) outlines the Work Conditions, Daily Duties, and Expectation of the Shift Manager position at the OCC, which you are required to read and acknowledge. The remaining six (6) are essay type questions.

This assessment forms part of the overall selection process that you have been screened in to. You will have 2 hours to complete this exam. It is your responsibility to manage your time accordingly.

If you finish answering all of the questions before the allotted time is up, you may submit early. Once you have submitted your assessment you will not be permitted to make further changes. Please note that late submissions may not be accepted.
