Focus: QA Guidelines

Given that the agent has provided the appropriate resolution, please provide information relevant to the customer’s concern, category, and Ticket Resolution.

Example:
TL88102: No dial tones. Product was deemed defective, and the customer uses the product for his business and cannot be without a phone. The customer was sent a label via email.

Sample Answers:
The agent should inform the customer that the label expires after 30 days.
Category: No dial tone/Dead
Ticket Resolution: TL88102 - Process Advance Rep with UPS Label.
