AS-05, MCM Division Manager (128124)

This assessment consists of 6 questions that will be used to assess the following merit criteria:

• Ability to manage a team of employees
• Leadership
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing (assessed throughout)

You will have 90 minutes to complete this written assessment. It is your responsibility to manage your time accordingly. We are unable to clarify information or answer any questions during the assessment. If assumptions need to be made, make reference of it in your answer.

You are prohibited from using any resources or materials, including but not limited to, the Internet, AI, previously prepared notes, coworkers, etc.

This material is part of the selection process and is considered to be confidential. You are not to discuss any part of the exam with anyone. Doing so could jeopardize your candidacy in this selection process.

If you experience physical or psychological indisposition of sufficient severity to interfere with your assessment performance, it is your responsibility to inform us, via email (Att. Cheryl Yip @ RCMP.KGPSHRInfo-KGRHFPInfo.GRC@rcmp-grc.gc.ca), that you cannot take the assessment. If you choose to take or continue the assessment despite your indisposition, you must accept the assessment results.

This exam forms part of the overall selection process that you have been screened into. Candidates who obtain the required pass mark will be invited to participate in the next phase of the selection process.
