AS-04, MCM Sr. Information Administrator (24-RCM-IA-K-FPSS-MCMOSC-134806)

This assessment consists of 6 questions that will be used to assess the following merit criteria:

• Knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable legislation, policies, procedures and case law surrounding file management and disclosure
• Knowledge of retrieving data from a relational database using Crystal Reports and SQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing (assessed throughout)

You have two (2) hours to complete this written assessment. It is your responsibility to manage your time accordingly. The test administrator is unable to clarify information or answer any questions. If assumptions need to be made, make reference of it in your answer.

You are prohibited from using any resources or materials, including but not limited to, the Internet, AI, previously prepared notes, coworkers, etc.

This material is part of the selection process and is considered to be confidential. You are not to discuss any part of the exam with anyone. Doing so could jeopardize your candidacy in this selection process.

If you decide to withdraw, either at the outset or during the exam, please indicate clearly via email (Att. Cheryl Yip @ RCMP.KGPSHRInfo-KGRHFPInfo.GRC@rcmp-grc.gc.ca) that you voluntarily withdraw from this selection process. Should you decide to do so, no further consideration will be given to your application.

If you experience physical or psychological indisposition of sufficient severity to interfere with your assessment performance, it is your responsibility to inform us, via email (Att. Cheryl Yip @ RCMP.KGPSHRInfo-KGRHFPInfo.GRC@rcmp-grc.gc.ca), that you cannot take the assessment. If you choose to take or continue the assessment despite your indisposition, you must accept the assessment results.

Candidates who obtain the required pass mark will be invited to participate in the next phase of the selection process.
