0626 Maternal - Exam#2 - Ch 5

Will be taken at designated time on April 24, 2026. If spelling is required in answer, answer will have to be spelled correctly to receive credit. If late to class 10 minutes or more, student will not be able to test and will have to schedule for another time and will be docked 10 points. NO PHONES ALLOWED IN TESTING AREA. If phone is found, student will be dismissed and will be given a "0" for exam. NO DRINKS OR FOOD ALLOWED IN COMPUTER LAB. DO NOT bring them into computer lab. NO LONG SLEEVES ALLOWED IN TESTING AREA. You will not be able to leave testing area until finished with the exam questions and submitted exam. No talking during testing. Proctor needs to be able to view screens.
