WellCare Reps calling SSI WellCare CCRS
This tracker is to log ONLY those calls (Tiering Exception, PA/Coverage Determination, Appeals, Grievance, Premium Billing and Overrides) that should have been handled by WellCare reps, but were transferred to us for handling. CCR should take the call saying "Yes I Can Assist" but record the reason for the call. DO NOT log regular calls that you should be taking per CIF in this tracker.
