  1. The property owners of Anza and Aguanga that have a permitted dwelling pay a yearly fee on their property taxes that goes for running the Anza Transfer Station (Approximately $150). The property owners of Aguanga that have a permitted structure, pay a yearly tax assessment that goes to Valley Wide Recreation for recreation facilities (Assessed on Property value approximately $5.00). Would you be in favor of a fee/tax to improve the recreational opportunities (parks,trails,etc.) in the Anza/Aguanga area?

Below is a map of a proposed trail section ( the map is only small portion of trail, when built out the trail would be 22miles and go from Coyote Canyon to Bautista Canyon) through the town of Anza that would be part of the Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail. The trail would use existing road easements in some areas and other areas easements would need to be acquired. Would you be in favor of this trail? (Proposed trail is in red- The trail would travel from Kirby Rd on Johnson Rd (easements) to Minor Park)
