The purpose of this survey is to obtain community input from residents and key stakeholders regarding water in the Anza area. We appreciate you taking the time to fill out this survey completely. Your responses will be confidential. Thank you.

- If you are on a private well, would you ever consider connecting to a regional water system that includes fire suppression capacity?

- Would you be in favor of expanding Anza Valley’s capacity to fight fire by adding more fire hydrants along main corridors?
