FEP Concierge - Prescriber's Office Calls

This survey is meant to capture who you’re speaking with however it’s important to note, we are not asking specifically but we will make assumptions based on how the call flows. We are using three categories: Prescriber, Nurse & Office Staff. You are expected to be transferred to the Prescriber or Nurse and essentially anyone else you speak to will fall into the final category of Office Staff.
