Facilities and Maintence Survey

The Board of Education approved a job description for a new facilities and maintenance crew supervisor to be responsible for the oversight of the district's maintenance program and personnel. It will be helpful to have baseline data related to the service provided by the department. One response per building is requested. You are welcome to consult with another person at your building if he/she is more familiar with the work orders in your building.
