Principal Feedback 2009-10

This form has been created to enable you to provide feedback to your building principal for the purpose of improving professional relationships, communication, and overall school performance. The intent of this form is not to address unresolved differences or to express support of the building leader. Instead, it is intended to give you the opportunity to provide some objective feedback as to how you see your building principal working toward improving professional relationships, communication, and overall school performance.

The survey will be available until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28. Thank you for your timeliness in completing this feedback form as well as commenting and sharing examples of your ratings where necessary.
