Family Time & Academic Performance

You have been selected to participate in a study on your academic performance and how often you spend time with your family. You will be asked to answer 21 multiple choice questions about your daily habits. You will also be asked to give your age range and gender. These results are confidential and will never be associated with identifiying information. Participation in this study is voluntary; if you choose to withdraw at any time, you will not be penalized in any way. There are no foreseeable medical issues or risks that may stem from taking this test, but should issues occur you will be treated at your own expense and encouraged to contact necessary authorities. Benefits of participating in this study are that you will aid understanding of how family time effects adolescents.
