Aesthetics and Food Nutrition Labels

You have been selected to participate in a study on the role of aesthetics on your health food preference. This is a study to determine how aesthetics have an effect, if any, on our societies health food preference. You will be asked to answer 33 multiple choice questions regarding nutrition label designs and your daily lhealth life. You will also be asked to give your age, gender, race, weight, and height. All of these results are condfidential and will not be associated with identifiying information. Participation in this study is voluntary; if you choose to withdraw at any time, you will not be penalized in any way. There are no foreseeable medical issues or risks that may stem from taking this test, but should issues occur you will be treated at your own expense and encouraged to contact necessary authorities. Benefits of participating in this study are that you will aid understanding of the role of aesthetics on societies health food preference.
