ICT Problems

In order to gain an overview of all the problems that staff are experiencing with the current ICT system, would you please answer the following questions.

This is in your own interest, as the results will be forwarded to Northgate. At present they are aware of odd issues and are dealing with them as and when they arise. I'd like to be able to provide them with the complete picture, so that all issues stand a chance of being resolved.
