Staff Qualifications Audit (Upd 11.03.11)

In order to ensure that each staff member's individual record is up to date on the Personnel system in preparation for Inspection, all staff are required to complete this online form by Monday 28th March 2011.

(NB. You may have previously provided some of this information prior to the merger in your respective legacy college but there is a vital need to ensure there are no gaps in staff data and that all records show up to date information as inspectors may ask to see a range of reports related to qualifications.)

Important notes - please read

  • Complete the form relevant to your role - some sections are compulsory, some relate only to academic staff
  • You will need your certificates to hand as some sections require awarding body and qualification level information
  • Where fields are drop down lists, choose the relevant information
  • Where fields are free text enter the qualification title (and awarding body) and subject where appropriate
  • Some sections have an option to enter more than one qualification e.g. you may have both a Level 3 Literacy and Numeracy qualification
  • You will need to complete the audit in one sitting, information cannot be saved and retrieved later
  • Once you have completed all relevant sections, hit SUBMIT ANSWERS at the end of the survey
