Pharmacy Value Stream Survey

We are planning a Pharmacy Value Stream Analysis (VSA) during the week of May 2nd. Paul Pisarzewicz, Director of Pharmacy, is the team leader. A VSA is a high level (non-detailed) analysis to determine where improvement activities should occur. We are seeking input from Pharmacy staff and the customers/suppliers of Pharmacy.
