This survey will be used to make changes to our school culture/environment. Your candid answers are appreciated.

The questions address these areas:
Morale: the collective sense of friendliness, openness, confidence, optimism, and enthusiasm among members of a group; “spirit”, especially as it affects self-discipline and motivation;

Connectedness: being emotionally well-connected with another being; joined to each other by a sense of belonging;

Support: provide something necessary to help or improve something; approve of an idea or of a person to help him/her be successful

Respect - feelings of admirations or esteem; treatment in a professional manner;

Appreciation: recognition and liking of someone's qualities, effort, work or actions.
