Instructions Before Creating a Returns Form: 1. Make sure that the customer has dropped the box with RMA to FedEx. 2. If it’s a return pick-up, please check FedEx tracking in TOMI if there is a return tracking number **Notes: Use this form if… - You can verify through FedEx Return Manager that the item was returned to the Memphis warehouse but the customer has not received credit for the return, set up the return in TOMI and record the R number below. - If you cannot positively verify that the item was returned to our warehouse, record the H number below and write "unconfirmed" in the tracking window.
