Before requesting for parts replacement, please see notes below: *Must be within 21 days of purchase! Note: This form should NOT be submitted for the following listed below: *Missing Ink/Printhead included on "Whats in the Box" for the printer. What to do: Place new order and process FTC (Credit will be process using return code -Promo/Replacement ) * Any missing Product Key or Software included on CTO configuration. What to do: Submit a Case Manager Request. * Any missing part item Pre-installed on CTO configuration (Like: Processor/ Operating System/Harddrive/Memory/Keyboard for the NB..ETC) What to do: Process Return and exchange (within 21 days) or Escalate it to Case Manager Request (beyond 21 days). * Any product without serial number cannot be process successfully through Astro/Newton System. (Like: Camcorder/Camera/Keyboard and Mouse Kit / USB TV Tuner/ Adapter / Speakers / PMD / Software..ETC) What to do: Process Return and exchange if within 21 days.
