Benefit Open Enrollment - UNUM Voluntary Life Products

UNUM representatives will be onsite Wednesday, 9/11/13 & Thursday, 9/12/13 to meet individually with interested employees regarding voluntary life products which include Term Life, Whole Life, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance.

As a reminder, L.A. Care provides FREE coverage to eligible employees:
Basic Life/AD&D – 2 X Salary
Short-Term Disability (STD)
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
