It’s hard to keep your cool when dealing with difficult customers. After all, it’s only human to get defensive and fight back-or cave in and give them whatever they demand. “Dealing with Difficult Customers” will provide you with the knowledge and skills aimed at giving you a plan and the skills necessary to turn a potentially negative customer situation into a productive one. This training program will empower you with the defusing skills you need to calm angry customers, productively find a resolution all while staying calm and productive in the interaction as well.
