School President Appraisal by Feeder Parish Pastors 2013-14

The high school president is a very important person within the Catholic school. The president serves as a leader within the Church, forming your parish’s students and representing the Church to a large segment of the public. To foster professional as well as Christian growth, it is necessary to review the president’s performance. The following is an appraisal of competencies and skills that are ordinarily associated with the role of the president. The items encompass categories of leadership, communication and administration. The Catholic dimension serves as a unifying thread throughout the survey.

Please use the comments sections after the questions to provide specific information that might enable your president to recognize and maintain his/her strengths and to grow professionally in areas that might be improved.

If you have parishioners attending more than one school, please complete a survey for each president. Please complete this survey by December 2, 2013.
