The following courses still need to be assigned for creation. Please read through each of them and rate your knowledge on the topic.

The range will be from 1-10 with 1 being a novice in that particular topic and 10 being an expert/grand dragon.

  1. Claims Single Source: This course will include how to find information and search tips for using the tool. It is also listed to discuss routine vision diagnosis, Medicare exclusions, and how to determine if pages are live vs. archived.*

  1. Custom Benefit Networks: This course will discuss one-off benefits such as those included in U of U, Kootenai, SLCC, Interpath, Valley Medical, JELD-WEN and Myriad Genetics. It will not discuss Asuris. *

  1. Medicare Vocabulary: This course will discuss the difference and proper terminology for Medicare-alternative plans such as Medigap, Med. Supp, Full Secondary plans and MedAdvantage plans. *

  1. BlueCard World Wide: This course will discuss payment levels, explaining medical record requests and how to handle those requests. *

  1. Facets Exploration: This course will discuss non-traditional Facets navigation and how to find information outside of opening a task. *

  1. Medigap Claims: This course will focus on determining patient responsibility on a Medigap claim and how to tell if the claim processed correctly. *

  1. Blue Squared: This course will discuss researching claims using Blue Squared as well as determining correct member liability from Blue Squared vs what shows on the EOB. Should be more complex use of Blue Squared and include tips or tricks for getting information for the caller quickly. *

  1. Document Imaging: This course will discuss the tips and tricks for using RADAR, CIMG and Claims Imaging to find information quickly and efficiently. *

  1. Show Me The Money: This course will discuss the differences between Refunds and Recovery as well as using PeopleSoft. *

  1. Sailing Through Open Enrollment: This course will discuss the proper research path for benefit documents during Open Enrollment. It may also touch on selecting the correct date for benefit documents to explain how a claim processed. *
