The purpose of the survey is to gather your feedback on how each of the research advisor ANSWER THE RESOURCE LINE CALL. Each question pertains to a certain behavior/character the research advisor is expected to have. Do not rate the agent in one whole perspective. Be objective with the ratings.
Please take note of the new ratings: 5 - (Strongly Agree) 4 - (Agree) 3 - (Partially Agree) 2 - (Disagree) 1 - (Strongly Disagree) N/A - Not Applicable (for all questions if you happen to have no chance calling the RA hotline, speaking to a specific RA and for Q4 if you have no invalid call)
If the rating selected is 3 and below, you would have to specify the rating and provide a comment. Otherwise, THE RATING WILL NOT BE INCLUDED. E.g. AO=3 - He talks too fast . PLEASE CHOOSE ONE ANSWER ONLY.
