45 minute lunch survey

Please indicate your interest in having a 45 minute lunch (instead of 30 minute lunch) with the following two guidelines:

A 45 minute lunch would require that your daily schedule would be 15 minutes longer (consistently earlier or later)

Your lunch could fall outside the regular lunch hours of 11:30 - 1:30. Lunch could begin as early as 11:00 or as late as 2:30.
