4x11 schedule

What's in it for you?

1) only 4 working days per week but with 11 working hours per day (including breaks)
2) 3 breaks in a day: 2 15-min & 1 10-min
3) 3 RDs in a week: 2 consecutive & 1 floating


Disadvantages:

1) only 4 days worth of transpo allowance vs 5 days in a week (still follows the no work, no pay policy)
2) For HOOPs (Hours of Ops) not in the MNL day shift, this means lesser coverage for night diff


Commitments expected:

1) Signed forms will be submitted to DOLE consenting your approval to work on a 4x11 sked
2) If it's queuing, we will still ask you to render OTs
3) Break schemes may still be shuffled (BBLB, BLBB, BBBL, LBBB) B=break & L = lunch
