As part of continuous quality improvement, the Professional Development Team is requesting your feedback about current trends, topics, and issues affecting practice of the advanced beginner nurse. For the purpose of the survey, the term advanced beginner nurse is defined as a nurse that has completed the Columbia St. Mary’s Nurse Residency program within the previous 6 months.
