Ideal Candidate:
* Associates that have been with Ameritas for 6 months or longer
* Associates NOT on a warning and with Achieving on STIPS in the first quarter
* Associates who have applied for promotions, received promotions or applied for other other positions within the company
* Associate with high scores in the behavior section of their STIPS, folks who live the culture, are willing and helpful
* Associates who will be willing to travel as representatives of the company
