Please take a moment to carefully reflect on the RFP vendor presentations which you have participated in thus far. Using a scale of 1 - 9 please rank each of the vendors which we have seen. A 1 indicates your most favored vendor while 9 reflects your least favored vendor. Rankings 1 - 3 will be considered your team vendor recommendations for the next phase while those reflected as 7-9 will be considered your knock out recommendations to the group and those ranked 4-6 will be your fall back/contingency plan pool.
