As part of the ongoing IT Transformation Programme, new computers are being rolled-out across the Countrywide estate. The accuracy of the information returned by yourselves is a key factor in ensuring that the desktop transformation is completed correctly for each individual. If you provide us with incorrect or missing information, there may be a financial charge to your Branch. Internet Explorer v9, MS Office 2010 (Including Outlook), Windows Media Player, Adobe (pdf) Reader, Glance and Webex.
In addition: EA users will get Reapit for the local instance, Postcode Anywhere, Photo and Dictation Upload and access to CAFS and Weekly MI
FS Users (Mortgage Consultants) get POS as well as Reapit
CRL users get Propco and Photo upload
