Diocesan Accreditation Initial Survey

This survey is designed to establish a starting point for the process of the new accreditation model. By collecting information from each school, it is hoped that certain strengths and areas for growth will be determined. It is hoped that from this survey schools with complementary strengths and areas for growth may be matched, so that they will learn from each other. Remember, this is a growth model and no school will be ranked high in all 20 areas. It is important that you are honest about your weaknesses, while not selling yourself short on your strengths.

Please rank yourself on a scale of 1-5 in the following 20 areas. Ranking of a five will mean you are confident enough in this area to help other schools grow. A ranking of a one will mean that you have not focused on this area yet and will start at square one.
