The following 6 items from our 2017 Patient Safety Culture Survey have been identified as potential areas of focus for the coming year. We are asking for your help to identify which of these items you feel are most important and/or where you believe JFK can make the biggest impact on patient safety culture. This is your opportunity to indicate which areas are most important to you, your work unit, our patients, and/or the facility as a whole.
