Principal Appraisal by Faculty 2017-18

The principal is a very important person within the Catholic school. The principal is not only to serve as instructional leader but is also, and more importantly, to serve as a leader within the Church. This appraisal represents your summary of your principal’s performance as you have observed it. The items encompass categories of leadership, communication and administration. The Catholic dimension serves as a unifying thread throughout the survey. The results will be summarized, anonymously, to assist your principal in his/her professional growth, but you must type your name in the appropriate box for your evaluation to be included in the summary.

Please use the comments sections after the questions to provide specific information that might enable your principal to recognize and maintain his/her strengths and to grow professionally in areas that might be improved.
