{THE AMERITAS SUPERSTARS} - We could have sparkling stars everywhere, a 'hall of fame' for outstanding customer service, or for reps who have been here for over 5 years. we could have a 'photo booth' set up where individuals could take 'Superstar' photos, and maybe have like boas, sun glasses and jewelry there next to the 'booth' so individuals could get dolled up. We could do crosswords of famous peoples names, movie quotes or old tv shows. I think that theme would be lots of fun and we could even do the #BisonProud again on Instagram and get lots of people involved. |

{TELEVISION ACADEMY (Emmy Awards)} - Activity ideas: Match iconic television show duos, Mork & Mindy, Lucy & Ricky, Fred & Wilma, etc. Each CSR draws another CSRs name from their center and then picks a television star that most resembles them. We can have 'Swag Bags' with treats & goodies for each rep Crossword puzzle with TV Show Names Have a day where each rep can dress up as their favorite TV show character We can nominate people from each center for Best Comedy Series(funniest person), Variety Talk Series (most talkative), Drama Series (most serious), etc. |

{CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND THE WORLD and/or AROUND THE STATES} - Each day of the week we will travel to a different country or different state. We can give each CSR a travel itinerary or passport so they know where we are going each day. We can celebrate how seamlessly customer service works for a customer and how easily they are served even if we are States or Countries away from each other. We can have food, drinks and/or activities that are 'Known' for that State or Country - each day would be a new adventure in the world of customer service. |
