Recently, you attended the CSA New-hire Training Program. The Training Department is interested in your feedback on how the course prepared you to process consumer mail correspondence. As a reminder, the objectives of the training program were to provide you with: 1. An awareness of the FCRA, 2. Knowledge of NCAC's policies and procedures, 3. Knowledge of CAPS, 4.
