Course Level Change Requests

Survey for Course Level Changes. Requirements for changing from Lower Level to Higher Level
1) Completion of this survey
2) 95% or higher in current class for the 1st Quarter
3) Completion of the course level application form (available via EngradePro Message) including appropriate signatures.
4) A sufficiently high grade on the Course Level change Examination (varies according to subject.) Course Level examinations will commence on Nov 12th.

All Change of Course Level Requests are subject to the following conditions:
i) Changes in Course Level are possible only if it fits into your schedule.

ii) Students are only permitted to change levels in NO MORE THAN 2 SUBJECTS.

iii) Changes into AP Chemistry and AP Calculus will be limited due to Master Scheduling conflicts and classroom size limitations.

iv) Please make your level change decision based on your own preferences and future plans. Please refrain from competing with other students.

v)The course Transcript will reflect the course that you switched into. Grades earned in the 1st Quarter will be transferred from your previous course to new course.

** Note: Switching from Higher Level to Lower will only require the submission of the appropriate form.
