Also, please check Quia weekly for updates and important information. Text Books ***Each student will be bringing home a copy of the reading (book 1), English, math, & social studies text book to keep at home. These books are scanned out through the library and should be kept in a secure place. Students are responsible for lost or damaged textbooks. Science will go home at a later date. When studying for test, please refer to the textbooks as well at the study guides. Online Tutoring ***The state of Louisiana has received a grant that provides free online tutoring help to all Louisiana students. Students can access the site at local libraries or at home by visiting the library’s website. Tutoring is available Sunday – Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The site provides live help from a professional tutor for grade levels: K – 12 including Spanish tutoring.
