Welcome to Media Class! This week we will be meeting in the upstairs computer lab until Thursday. On Friday, you will be presenting your PowerPoint to us in the Media Center. We will be learning how to use PowerPoint, and how to search the internet more efficiently. There are also links below for Inspiration and Hyperstudio; we will use them later.
FIRST ASSIGNMENT
Your assignment is to create a PowerPoint presentation of at least 6 slides. Topics may include:
*an introduction to you
*an introduction to Creston Middle School for a new student
*something related to one of your other classes
*a story of something you did over vacation
*other ideas approved beforehand by Mrs. Highley
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
-No more than three pictures downloaded from the Internet may be used
-This presentation has to tell us something about YOU!
-You need to complete the planning sheet as part of the grade.
FINAL ASSIGNMENT: Author Study Due in March.
