For the week of December 7, 2009.
There is a lot you need to accomplish in the next two weeks. The following are deadlines you should try and follow:
You need to be done building your HERO BUST by December 9th.
You need to be done glazing your DRAPE BOWL by December 11th.
You need to be done building your CLAY WHISTLE by December 16th (I am going to demo the CLAY WHISTLE project on Monday, Decmber 14th, you should be able to finish it in 3 days).
You need to be done glazing your TEAPOT by December 18th.
If you don't complete each project by the deadline posted above, that can be O.K. But what must be done is that before you leave for Christmas vacation, you need to be finished with all of the above! If you are concerned about all the work you need to complete, the time to start coming in extra is now!
AND DON'T FORGET ABOUT DONATING SOME MUSIC TO THE ART DEPARTMENT! We're looking for you to burn a CD with 40-45 minutes of music. All the songs must be appropriate for the classroom (when in doubt, leave it out!) It can be just your favorite songs, a "Best of" collection, just about whatever you want. The CD will belong to the art department and you must include a list of the songs and performers. You DO NOT need to provide a jewel case. We're looking forward to hearing your favorites
