Choose the correct tense verb to complete each sentence. Remember, a present tense verb tell about now. Present tense verbs usually end in -s. (Example: Susan bakes cupcakes.) A past tense verb tells about the past. Past tense verbs often end in -ed. (Example: Susan baked cupcakes.) Future tense verbs tell about things that will happen in the future. Future tense verbs sometimes begin with the word will. (Example: Susan will bake cupcakes.)
