Battleship by: Hannah Kim, Michael Stephenson, Megan Keller, and Evian Hutson
The book A Day No Pigs Would Die is written by Robert Newton Peck. The genre of the book is realistic fiction. I recommend this book for people who are not afraid to cry. I do warn that this book will be graphic for the young children. It is a great book for adults and young adults. A young boy named Robert that lives in Learning, Vermont. He has no friends until a little pig comes along. Robert is a Shaker so he hunts for food. When hunting season doesn't work out, his only choice for food is to slaughter his pig. Will he do it or will he choose his friendship over his food?
