Cloze: Complete the paragraph by filling in the missing terms.

"GUSTA" or "GUSTAN?"

Depending on the subject (in boldface), determine whether the correct form of the verb "gustar" should be gusta or gustan. Remember that singular nouns AND infinitive verbs will use "gusta" whereas plural nouns will use "gustan." IT IS HELPFUL TO NOTE that "gustar" is a way of saying that something is "pleasing to you/me/whomoever" ... so, it is the thing or verb of the sentence that is doing the action (which is why the thing/verb of the sentence determines the form of "gustar.") *There is one additional verb used in this activity ... the verb "ENCANTAR" which means that something pleases you a LOT ... it "enchants" you! It works just like "gustar."

You must get the coin for the piggy bank before you are finished with this game.
