READ the 1st sentence!!!!
Clause #2 refers to the info in the 1st sentence!
If the 2nd clause refers to the PAST, use pres. PERFECT subj;
If the 2nd clause refers to the PRESENT, use PRESENT. subj.
Remember to READ THE FIRST SENTENCE!!!
