Steps: 1. Identify the problem. Decide what you wnat to know. 2. Ask the six general questions, Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How? 3. Decide where to find answers to your questions and begin collecting information. 4. Analyze the information you have collected. Decide what is fact and what is opinion. 5. Make a decision or concluding statement.
