Remember to use the 4th principle part to form the perfect passive participle. If the participle is modifying a masculine noun use 2nd declension masculine noun case endings, if the participle is modifying a feminine noun then use 1st declension noun case endings, it the participle is modifying a neuter noun then use 2nd declension neuter noun case endings.
