Se Impersonal
To say that something "is done" in Spanish use SE +the verb in the 3rd person singular or plural
ex.
Se vende comida en las calles. Food is sold (they sell food)
Se sirven bebidas. Drinks are served
Se sirven (servir) platos picantes en restaurantes mexicanos.
