Broker's Referral Call

Instruction on how to play the game:

You will be writing your own script/dialog for a Broker Referral Call. Each card represents (in sequence) the structure for the call.
• Flip the cards over in order going from left to right
• The card will give you an instruction
• You will be asked to complete a task
• Flip the card over again for the correct response

Once you have completed this Activity you need to review the script/dialog with your Team Leader.
